this is disappointing to see. After making the switch to center back positioning has been a strong suit of Ream's. Hope he can get back to his former glory

It's really surprising as you'd expect he'd be right in his comfort zone on the left in a two-pair, but here his positioning is suggestive of a 3ATB mentality. Which I don't think he's played as much in actuality.

Ream is doing his best. He's clearly lost a step and has had to adjust his positioning. Has no choice but to rely on Balogun and his other teammates to compensate for his lack of pace.

I was tempted to question the role of the camera angle in all of this but it actually looks pretty dead center and maybe even somewhat cheated toward the right so yeah.

hard disagree watke. if ream moved farther to his left the camera shot would have been unbalanced and left an oddly large gap between the two. the right tactic here was for bally to slide the mic over towards him about 3-4 inches. or for tim to do it. might be a leadership issue

I'm less concerned about the positioning and more concerned about the players' consistency in disguising their contempt for the media.
